So, at this present time I’m doing pretty well… it’s spring, that’s the main reason. :p I’m pretty consistently around 125-127 pounds and sort of maintaining, I haven’t binged in about a month and a half.
I’m focusing more on healthy balanced eating, eating organic mostly and trying to push towards being more active.
I’ll use this blog on more health related things for now. Hope you’re all doing well!

Tonight, Jeremy and I had a BBQ in the backyard! We made tons of healthy foods. I promise to post the rest of the recipes, but for now, here is a quick one we made tonight. 

Jeremy loves making a chip dip from sour cream and onion soup mix. We decided to make a lighter version of his fave to go with our vegetable shrimp kabobs. 

You can see how simple it was in this video. 

It tasted absolutely delicious and the perfect addition to our grilled dinner.

I binged but
I have my period so it wasn’t just a random binge
Setbacks are part of recovery and I’ll get back on track tomorrow
If I dread on it it’ll just be more likely to set me back
Setbacks don’t have to set me back
Just because I binge once and a while doesn’t mean I have to end up a binge eater
I can continue to work towards normal eating habits
My weight can only go up so much from ONE binge and if I want to I CAN lose that weight as long as I’m careful about it
Life moves on
It is what it is.
